While elaboration and further suggestions are generally okay, the point of comments should be to answer the OP's question not to change the topic to fit your personal preference/beliefs. If the poster is asking about cameras, simply posting that they should get a gun is not acceptable. I explained that I had been lied to and tricked into switching service. The representative informed me that when they switched me, I had signed a five year contract and would have to pay over 1,000 to get out of the contract. As in, if a poster asks for suggestions about a hardwired alarm, simply answering to get a camera is not acceptable. Today, I called Brinks to cancel my service.
